Meghalaya police releases booklet on COVID-19 Policing the “New Normal”

Shillong, Sep 27 (UNI) Meghalaya Director General of Police, R. Chandranathan on Monday launched a booklet title, “COVID-19 Policing the “New Normal”. in presence of senior Police Officers.
The content of the booklet has been widely contributed by the team of Police Officers of Meghalaya bringing out the useful compilation.
A police spokesperson said the objectives of the booklet are to review and factually analyse the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as to review actions undertaken so far to respond to an ongoing emergency as a means of identifying gaps, lessons and best practices in order to improve the overall response.
