COVID-19: 618 new cases, Jharkhand's tally reaches 13,500

Ranchi, Aug 3 (UNI) As many as 618 new cases were reported on Monday taking the tally of infected to 13,500.
As per the health department, three deaths were also reported from East Singhbhum pushing the death toll to 125 in the state. The increase in fatalities has increased the mortality rate to 0.93 per cent.
According to the health department, the number of active cases in the state was 8,581 while number of cured and discharged cases stood at 4,794.
