IIFL Wealth and Hurun India releases IIFL WEALTH HURUN INDIA TOP COVID-19 Pharma Enterpreneurs list 2020

Kolkata, Oct 01 (UNI) IIFL Wealth and Hurun India today released the IIFL WEALTH HURUN INDIA TOP COVID-19 PHARMA ENTREPRENEURS LIST 2020, a ranking of the entrepreneurs, based on IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2020, who are either developing, researching or distributing drugs, vaccines or any other remedies about Covid-19.
The wealth threshold to enter the list is Rs 1,000 Cr. Wealth calculations are a snapshot of 31 August 2020. This list follows on from the IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2020.
''The objective of IIFL Wealth Hurun India Top Covid-19 pharma entrepreneurs list is to celebrate and respect the efforts and risks taken by pharma entrepreneurs to combat Covid-19. For instance, the Serum Institute of India has already started manufacturing vaccines without waiting for the trial results. COVID-19 crisis is a watershed moment in the global history that presented India with an opportunity to be the pharma capital of the world. Global companies are not only relying on India’s R&D but also swiftly utilising India’s expertise of manufacturing at scale and an affordable price.” said Anas Rahman Junaid, MD and Chief Researcher, Hurun India
