With 1625 new cases, COVID-19 tally reaches 31691 in Bihar

Patna, Jul 23 (UNI) With detection of 1625 new coronavirus positive cases, the tally of COVID-19 patients increased to 31691 on Thursday in Bihar.
Health department sources said here that 717 new cases were found on July 22 and 908 on July 21.
Of the new 717 cases found on July 23, Patna reported190 cases followed by Nawada with 85, Bhagalpur 63, Rohtas 41, Gaya 33, Jehanabad 26, East Champaran 25, Madhepura 24, Nalanda and Muzaffarpur 23 each, Jamui 22, Begusarai 19, Siwan 17, Arwal 16, Buxar 14, Gopalganj 13, Saharsa 11, Lakhisarai 10, Khagaria and Purnea 9 each, Sheikhpura 7, Sitamarhi 6, Darbhanga and Bhojpur 2 each and Aurangabad,Kishanganj , Munger and Sheohar 1 each.
