In Bihar 2082 new cases detected; COVID 19 tally reaches 48001

Patna, July 31 (UNI) With the detection of 2082 new corona virus positive cases , the tally of COVID 19 patients increased to 48001 in Bihar so far.
Health department sources said here today that 1445 new cases were found on July 29 and 637 on July 28.
Of the new 2082 cases Patna reported with 410 cases followed by East Champaran with 140, Nalanda 137, Rohtas 105, Bhagalpur 96, West Champaran 87, Saran 79 , Bhojpur 76, Begusarai 72 , Vaishali 72, Gaya 66, Supaul 57,Buxar 52, Jamui 50, Nawada and Kaimur 46 each, Khagaria 44, Siwan 40, Samastipur and Katihar 32 each, Kishanganj, Aurangabad, Araria, and Gopalganj 29 each, Banka 23, Muzaffarpur 21, Madhepura and Arwal 19 each, Sheikhpura and Darbhanga 18 each, Jehanabad and Sheohar 17 each, Purnea 16, Lakhisarai 13 , Munger 12, Madhubani 7 and Sitamarhi 2.
