Khandu appeals people to follow ‘new normal’

Itanagar, Oct 10 (UNI) Amid rising cases of Coronavirus, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has appealed to the people of the state to follow the ‘new normal’ like wear a face mask, wash hands with soap or use hand sanitiser, and maintain social distancing to keep them safe from the virus.
“Since the danger of Covid-19 is not over yet and there is no definite treatment for the disease, to keep ourselves protected from this pandemic we have to keep three things in mind - firstly, whenever go out of home, always remember to wear a face mask, secondly, wash hands with soap or use hand sanitiser, and thirdly, as appealed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, maintain ‘do gaz ki doori’ while meeting others,” Khandu said in a 54-sceond video message uploaded on social media.
The CM called upon the people to discuss as much as possible about the same in the society in order to keep safe from Covid-19.
