Itanagar, Sep 22 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh has reported 64 fresh cases of COVID-19 infection and one more casualty during the past 24 hours, official sources said.
With the new fatality, the state's COVID toll rose to 273. A 55-year-old male patient with comorbidity from Papum Pare district succumbed to COVID-19 related complications at Dedicated COVID Hospital, Chimpu here, a senior Health department official said on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the State, for a change, witnessed more single-daily infections than the daily recoveries. The 64 new cases swelled the state’s tally of confirmed cases to 54,190.
