Webinar held on gender sensitisation

Itanagar, Jul 7 (UNI) The Police Training Centre (PTC), Banderdewa has organised a webinar on the issue of 'gender sensitisation' for police officials of various ranks from Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) to Constables.
This is first of its kind initiative envisioned by Arunachal Pradesh DGP RP Upadhyaya, where the participation of police officials was ensured through virtual platform, maintaining the social distancing norms .
The webinar was attended by a total of 50 participants from 26 districts of Arunachal Pradesh which includes three SSP, two DySP and other ranks from Inspectors to Constables.

Worship places in Meghalaya to re-open, but not in containment zones

Shillong, Sep 26 (UNI) Places of worship in Meghalaya are all set to re-open after remaining closed for over six months from October 1, but religious places for the public in containment zones shall remain closed, an official said on Saturday.

Complaint against eviction lodged in Gomati dist of Tripura
