Bickram Ghosh Tabla Beat Mix of 'Genda Phool' song releasing on Oct 09

Kolkata, Oct 1 (UNI) Percussion maestro Bickram Ghosh is creating a table beat mix for the Badshah-Jacqueline chartbuster “Genda Phool” awaiting official release on October 09.
Bickram is elated that Percussion, folk and rap is destined to go places with this experiment and shall transcend generations of music lovers due to confluence of tradition and modern music influences and give the already major hit “Genda Phool” a new spin-off.
Bickram Ghosh says, “Some weeks back Sony music brought me an interesting offer. They wanted me to create a “Bickram Ghosh Tabla Beat Mix” of the Genda Phool song of Ratan Kahar’s that rapper Badshah had made hugely popular in recent times. My Sony buddies spear-headed by Krishnan thought it would be a very interesting spin on the song. I immediately thought of bringing Ratan Kahar on board if possible especially since he was the original creator. Sony Music was elated when I told them that Ratan Kahar had agreed! The 85-year-old legend came to Kolkata and shot with me after singing some parts of the song! He was stellar! What energy!".
