Patna Nov 1 (UNI) Congress National General Secretary Randip Singh Surjewala on Sunday alleged that Bihar is on the heap of garbage under the National Democratic Alliance government led by the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Mr Surjewala chose to stand on the heap of garbage near Meethapur roundabout in the state capital and told news persons that the entire Bihar is on the heap of garbage where air is polluted and water is contaminated to such an extent that it was not at all worth drinking.
He said that the serious ailments like cancer causing uranium has been found in the water of 11 towns including Patna in the state.
