Budget 20-21 is Youth - Future& Development oriented : Jacob Khaling Political Secy to CM

Gangtok, Jun 16 (UNI) Jacob Khaling, Political Secretary to Chief Minister PS Tamang, analysing the Budget passed by the Legislative Assembly and proceedings praised it.
He described the Budget 20-21, as the Youth oriented and of course development. It has been a very good budget.Education has been focused on much.
Education has been allocated 15.2pc of the total budget. ''We are 100 years behind others in the Education sector, so we need many more Universities. Some cant afford Govt Universities, others cant secure admission in those and go outside State. Once Sikkim has more Private Universities, including professional ones, such students would be able to study there,'' said Khaling.
