Imphal, Sep 9 (UNI) Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh made a call to make a collective effort to bring a positive change and overall development in Chandel district.
The chief minister this was stated at the blessing ceremony of widening and strengthening of two laning with hard shoulder of Pallel to Chandel road through video conferencing at Chief Minister’s Secretariat today.
He said that the significance of the blessing ceremony is to convey the message to the people that the government is working for the welfare of its people. He appealed to the people of the district to co-operate and support the developmental works being undertaken in the district and not to create any obstruction and disturbance to any developmental work also he advised the construction company to compete the work within one year and maintain quality control in the construction of the project.
