Potential Linked Credit Plan 2022-23 for Arunachal’s Upper Subansiri launched

Itanagar, July 18 (UNI) The Potential-Linked Credit Plan (PLP), 2022-23 for Arunachal Pradesh’s Upper Subansiri district prepared by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) was launched by Deputy Commissioner Mika Nyori at the district headquarters, Daporijo, on Monday in the presence of officials from banks and line departments in the district.
The overall estimated credit potential projected for Upper Subansiri has been made at Rs 3032.48 lakh for the financial year 2022-23. Of this, the agriculture sector accounts for Rs 1968.48 lakh; micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) Rs 576.00 lakh.
Credit potential for education, housing, social infrastructure, renewable energy and informal credit delivery system involving bank credit is estimated at Rs 80 lakh, 67.20 lakh, 120 lakh, 50.80 lakh and Rs 170 lakh respectively, a senior official of the bank said.
