Everyone should Practice Yoga for physical & mental well-being: CM PS Tamang

Gangtok, June 21 (UNI) Chief Minister PS Tamang, greeted all on the occasion of International Yoga Day and asked all to practice Yoga for physical and mental well-being.
International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on the 21st of June, following its declaration as such by the UN General Assembly in 2014.
'The theme for this year is “Yoga for humanity”, focusing on the importance of Yoga in promoting better mental and physical health. This year the International Day of Yoga will be observed in 75 prominent locations throughout the country, including Enchey Monastery in Gangtok,' said CM PS Tamang.
