Police nabbed the rape accused: Success attained within 48 hours

Ambassa (Tripura), Nov 14 (UNI) Acting on a tip-off, the Investigating Officer S.I Pampi Nath, today nabbed the rape accused Sourabh Shil from Khowai attaining success within 72 hours of lodging complaint in the bordering subdivision of Kamalpur in the northern Tripura district of Dhalai.
The minor girl committed suicide by consuming wild nuts against which the parents claimed her to be a rape victim in Tripura.
As the parents alleged, the minor girl originally hailed from the subdivision of Ambassa in the district. She had been reared and brought up at her maternal uncle's house since very tender age in the Kamalpur and she was a student of class 10 in a local girls' school.
