Police arrest 10 women for assaulting a woman

Kendrapara, Sept 21 (UNI) Police today arrested ten women and forwarded them to Court on the charges of assaulting, tonsuring , stripping a woman of Belatal village under Pattamundai Police station and painting her face black and white.
Pattamundai SDPO Sandhyarani Bhuria said all the accused were forwarded to a local court and the Court remanded them in jail custody after rejecting their bail plea.
The SDPO said efforts were on to arrest others involved in the incident.
