Kolkata, July 27 (UNI) IndusInd Bank on Wednesday announced that it has been adjudged ‘India's Best Bank for ESG 2022’ in the recently concluded Asiamoney awards.
The award recognises the bank's exceptional achievement in implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

Durga Puja culminates on safe, peaceful note in Meghalaya

Shillong, Oct 5 (UNI) Durga Puja festival culminated on a safe and peaceful note in Meghalaya on Wednesday with the immersion of the idols of the Mother Goddess and her entourage were immersed by devotees in rivers across the state on Vijaya Dashami with heavy hearts, yet amid festive fervor and joy.
A total of 257 Community Durga Puja and five private Durga Puja were performed in Meghalaya this year, which included 126 in Khasi Hills, 11 in Jaintia Hills and 120 in Garo Hills districts.
