Odisha economy estimates to grow at 8.5 percent in 2023-24 : Economic Survey

Bhubaneswar, July 24 (UNI) Odisha economy is estimated to grow at 8.5 percent in 2023-24 as per advance estimates in comparison to 7.9 percent growth in 2022-23, according to Economic Survey Report 2023-24.
The report tabled in the state Assembly on Wednesday said the growth, however, was concentrated in the industry sector and services sector.
The Per Capita Income of Odisha is Rs.1,61,437 in 2023-24(AE), which is 12.4 percent less than India’s per capita income of Rs.1,84,205.
