Gangtok, May 13 ( UNI) Sikkim has been witnessing an increasing number of Corona infected persons during the ongoing 2nd wave of Pandemic.
Awareness about the ways to safety seems to be resulting in the public coming up for more testing than ever, with an increase in the number of positive patients daily.
State has been undertaking a Vaccination drive. The state has been facing partial lockdown from 6th May to 16th May’21. But, if it will be extended is raising concern among common people.

Itanagar, Mar 28 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, and four other candidates of the Saffron party are 'set’ to be declared elected unopposed as none of their opponents had filed nominations against them in the five Legislative Assembly Constituencies till Wednesday (March 27), the last date of filing nominations for the April 19 polls.
