After no arrests for three months in teen's rape and murder, Jharkhand CM prods state police

Ranchi, Aug 3 (UNI) Chief Minister Hemant Soren has directed the officials of Jharkhand Police to fast track the investigation into the rape and murder of a teen and ensure justice to her family.
The 14-year-old student, who was a resident of Meral, was raped and murdered on April 29.
Even after three months of the crime, her perpetrators have not been arrested.
