Patna, Nov 9 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday distributed appointment letters among the selected candidates for Science and Technology and Panchayati Raj department and assured to fill the vacancies at the earliest.
Addressing the function organised for the distribution of the appointment letters, Nitish Kumar said here that 281 candidates have been selected for appointment to the post of associate professor in Science and Technology department and 144 block panchayat raj officers in Panchayati Raj department.
The CM said that his government has set up an engineering college in every district and has made a provision for 48 polytechnics in the state where teaching has been taken up.
