Nitish tests positive for Covid 19, advised home isolation

Patna, Jan 10 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has tested positive for covid-19
and advised for home isolation by doctors, CM secretariat sources said here on Monday
After getting tested positive, Kumar made appeal to all for strictly following guidelines
for Covid appropriate behaviour.
As it is, a total of 14 people including three security personnel and five catering staff of
a reputed hotel were found Corona positive during Janata Darbar organised at CM secretariat
premises on January 3.
Deputy Chief Ministers Tar Kishore Prasad, Renu Devi and Excise Minister Sunil Kumar
besides some other ministers were also found Corona positive before the cabinet meeting
on Wednesday last.
Later, more than 36 staff and security personnel deputed at CM residential premises, were
also found Corona positive.
