Arunachal Govt hikes Tough Location Allowance by 25 pc

Itanagar, Aug 1 (UNI) In a significant move, the Arunachal Pradesh Government on Thursday announced a 25 percent increase in Tough Location Allowance (TLA) for its employees.
The hiked TLA to be effective from January 1, 2024 will benefit the State Government employees of pay matrix level 9 and above, and level 8 and below.
“I’m so pleased to share that we have increased Tough Location Allowance (TLA) of Level 9 and above, and Level 8 and below Karmveers by 25%,” Chief Minister Pema Khandu posted on X.
