Mumbai, Jul 30 (UNI) Danube Properties, the UAE-based affordable housing pioneer in the United Arab Emirates, has just revealed its new project 'Opalz', a high-rise residential development offering the epitome of luxury and modern elegance to its valued buyers.
The project is located in close proximity to Dubai Science Park, a release stated here on Saturday.
“This marks the foray of the 18th project of Danube Properties, where currently we have 13 projects which we have already delivered," Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, said.
“We have chosen to launch this project from Mumbai, the financial capital of India, so that we can make a strong statement in the Indian market about the special significance of the Indian subcontinent in our business," he added.
Danube Properties will also facilitate Golden Visa for investors who invest above Rs 4.2 crore, however, this is subject to approvals from authorities, the release added.
