Xanadu and Runwal Group announce partnership to accelerate growth

Kolkata, Nov 04 (UNI) Xanadu Group, India’s foremost institutional growth expert to the realty sector, has announced their partnership with one of MMR’s leading real estate developers, Runwal Group, for their flagship 156-acre township, Runwal MyCity, in Dombivli.
Xanadu’s unparalleled institutional solutions and an in-depth engagement model aims to achieve a multiplier effect on sales in this partnership. Established in 1978, Runwal is one of MMR’s premier real estate developers, operating in the residential, commercial and organised retail verticals. With a robust track record, the group’s steadfast focus on quality has led it to become an industry leader, renowned for trust and excellence, along with on-time delivery.
This announcement comes on the back of stellar results achieved by Xanadu in the last six months with over INR 500 Cr of revenue unlocked during a time when the industry was reeling under the pandemic. Xanadu is a growth catalyst in a largely sluggish real estate market. Innovation and focus on technology are the key drivers of growth in the challenging Post Covid realty landscape.
Runwal MyCity is an expansive integrated township sprawling across 156 acres. This master planned mega township will be constructed in multiple phases over the years. This township comprises of a sports academy spread over 8 acres, central greens spread over 6 acres, healthcare facilities, an educational institute and over 32 acres of open spaces across the township.
Speaking about the partnership, Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO, Xanadu Realty, said, “The tie up with Runwal Group is one of those rare instances which are tailor-made for success. Runwal Group is one of Mumbai’s most respected and trusted brands. This partnership stands testament to Xanadu’s immense and credible body of work in bringing transformation to this Industry.
We are pleased to announce the start of this exciting engagement. Having delivered ground-breaking results for large township projects in this micro-market in the past, we are extremely confident of delivering great results in Dombivli—the fastest growing region of MMR. The scale of our ambition matches the scale of this township and we look forward to an extremely successful festive sales period at Runwal MyCity.”
In the first leg of what is to be a long-term partnership, Xanadu plans to achieve INR 200 Crores before moving onto launching a new cluster of 1,200 residences.
