Telangana Minister launches Rs 2,000 cr luxury villa Project 'The Square' in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Aug 24 (UNI) Telangana Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy launched Rs 2000 crore luxurious villa project ''The Square'' by IRA Realty at Adibatla near the Outer Ring Road, on the outskirts of the city on Saturday.
The Square offers residents a unique blend of modern amenities and serene natural surroundings.
Spread across 13.5 acres, the project features 131 units of 4-BHK duplex villas with a built-up area of 3700 square feet. Each villa boasts features such as home automation, landscaped gardens, and tree-lined avenues, creating a tranquil and sophisticated living environment, the company said in a release here.
Speaking on the occasion, IRA Realty Chairman Narsi Reddy, said "Hyderabad's real estate market has witnessed a surge in demand for luxury villa projects, especially in areas like Adibatla. The Square perfectly caters to this growing trend, offering a lifestyle that combines luxury, privacy, and convenience. Its 100% Vastu-compliant designs, home automation features, and focus on sustainability make it a standout project in Adibatla."
Spread over 25,000 square feet, The Square's emphasis on community spirit and shared experiences is evident in its exclusive 4-level clubhouse.
This clubhouse offers a range of amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a semi-covered swimming pool, a banquet hall, and various health, sports, and recreational facilities for the private use of residents.
