Bijay Agarwal expresses happiness over recent announcement by Union Finance Minister

Kolkata, Nov 12 (UNI) Bijay Agarwal, MD, Salarpuria Sattva, today expressed his happiness
over the recent announcement by the Union Finance Minister on the additional stimulus
measures under Atmanirbhar 3.0.
" The additional outlay of Rs. 18000 crores will surely boost the momentum of the residential
housing segment and will help developers in completion of their projects. "
" Moreover, the income tax relief for both developers and home-buyers from 10% to 20% for
the primary sale of residential units, valued up to 2 crores will positively impact the demand
curve and push the growth trajectory in the residential sector. "
" This will also help in clearing the unsold inventory and ready to move-in apartments, and will
in turn, contribute significantly to the recovery of the industry, " he stated.
