Visakhapatnam, Aug 19 (UNI) The death toll in the fire accident in the offshore supply vessel Coastal Jaguar off the Vizag coast on Monday last, rose to three with two more persons succumbed to burn injuries in a private hospital while undergoing treatment here on Monday.

Disclosing this to newsmen here on Monday, Yediyurappa said that "the cabinet expansion will take place between 10:30 and 11:30 am tomorrow in Raj Bhavan.
