The complaint was lodged at Zamania Kotwali police station by Inspector Amit Kumar Singh of the Anti-Corruption Organization (ACO), Saharanpur unit, officials confirmed on Thursday. At present, Sub-Inspector Dinesh Kumar Yadav is posted in Sultanpur district.
