New Delhi: The Congress Party on Tuesday welcomed a landmark court ruling that declared the Enforcement Directorate (ED) proceedings against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the Young Indian case “completely illegal and malafide.”
In a statement, the party highlighted that the court found the ED case lacked jurisdiction and noted that no FIR had been registered, effectively rendering the case baseless. The ruling exposes what Congress described as a politically motivated prosecution by the Modi government over the past decade.
