Nepal: Domestic airlines resume Mt Everest sightseeing flights

Kathmandu, Nov 30 (UNI) The domestic airline companies in Nepal would resume mountain view flights, including those offering a view of the world's highest peak Mt. Everest from next week, as economic activities are moving towards normalcy and tourism-related activities have started to pick up again.
Mountain view flights had been suspended in March this year as part of the nationwide lockdown to check the spread of coronavirus.
The mountain view flights are one of the major income-generating activities for domestic airlines as it offers passengers views of some of the highest mountains on the earth.
