Patna, May 29 (UNI) Senior RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Wednesday alleged neither was there democracy nor government in Bihar and only bureaucrats were calling the shots.
Yadav while responding to queries of media persons regarding school timing during the summer, when state was reeling under heatwave, said neither was their democracy nor government in Bihar. When state was reeling under scorching heat, school timing should have been rescheduled to provide relief to children specially of lower classes, he added.
RJD leader said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had issued instructions to change the school timing but it was ignored by the officials.There was no government and only bureaucrats were calling the shots, he remarked.
