Neeraj Pandey sir now treats me like a friend: Karan Tacker

Mumbai, July 19 (UNI) Bollywood actor Karan Tacker says his professional rapport with celebrated filmmaker Neeraj Pandey has gradually blossomed into a warm camaraderie.
Tacker first shot to prominence as Farooq Ali, an undercover intelligence officer, in Pandey's 2020 espionage series 'Special Ops'. Now, in the sequel 'Special Ops 2', Tacker reprises the role with greater emotional intensity, not just as a seasoned RAW agent, but as a layered character grappling with inner turmoil and the moral complexities of his mission.
Karan Tacker said, "Every stunt in 'Special Ops 2' was a new ordeal. Neeraj sir does not like shortcuts. Every location is real, every risk is real, whether it was leaping from great heights or at times getting beaten up for real. It demanded me to go beyond my limits. But the thrill that I get, it's unmatched."
Having previously collaborated with Pandey on multiple projects, Tacker shared how their dynamic have shifted.
Karan Tacker added, "Neeraj sir now treats me like a friend. This is a big thing for me. I have always been inspired by his uncompromising storytelling. Being a part of his creative world is an award in itself."
