NE's first exclusive cricket stadium to open with Ind-Aus tie

Guwahati, Oct 7 (UNI) The first state-of-the-art cricket stadium in entire North East region will be formally inaugurated with a T20 match between India and Australia on October 10 next.
The stadium, situated at Barsapara area of Guwahati, will be formally opened by Assam Chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal just before the match.
Assam Cricket Association sources said here today the T20 match is vital for pitching for IPL matches
