Ranchi, May 23(UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today thanked the crores of people of the country and the state for ensuring landslide victory for the BJP in the Lok Sabha polls and said NDA'S impressive win is a major incident in the history where an incumbent government has been voted back into power by the people with such a massive number of seats.
Addressing a press conference at the state BJP headquarters here he said BJP's and NDA's success was a win for the democracy of the country. People have expressed their faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah and have voted on the plank of security and development.
He said that the Congress and its allies used all kinds of lies and forgery but ultimately at the end, the truth emerged victorious.
