NCP slams Shinde over martyrs' statement

Mumbai, August 12 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chief Spokesperson Mahesh Tapase has slammed Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's statement that 'if the rebellion had failed, it would have been the turn of the martyrs'.
Tapase, in his statement, stated that Chief Minister Shinde while visiting his native village in Satara district said that 'if the rebellion had failed, it would have been the turn of the martyrs'.
He said that the Chief Minister may not know to whom he compares the real martyrs.
