NCP criticises Maha CM's speech at 1st Dussehra rally

Mumbai, Oct 5 (UNI) The NCP criticised Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde for his speech at first public rally held here on Dussehra day on Wednesday, saying that Shinde's speech was hollow on specifics.
