nCoV: Bihar reports 9 casualties, death toll rises to 474

Patna, Aug 12 (UNI) With nine fresh casualties during the past 24 hours, the death toll due to COVID-19 rose to 474 in Bihar so far.
According to the health department, Patna, Bhagalpur , Samastipur, Arwal, Begusarai, Jehanabad, Madhubani, Bhojpur and Supaul reported one death each.
Of the 474 casualties, maximum deaths were reported from Patna where 91 people have lost their lives due to this infection so far, followed by Bhagalpur with 40, Gaya 29, Rohtas 24, Munger 23 , Nalanda 22 each, Muzaffarpur and Bhojpur 18 each, Vaishali 17, East Champaran 16 each, Samastipur 15 , Saran 13, Begusarai 12, Nawada and West Champaran 11 each, Darbhanga and Siwan 10 each, Araria 9, Kaimur 8, Jehanabad 7, Aurangabad, Supaul and Khagaria 6 each, Jamui, Sitamarhi, and Kishanganj 5 each, Banka, Lakhisarai, Madhepura , Arwal, Purnea, Madhubani, Katihar and Buxar 4 each, Sheikhpura 2, Gopalganj, Sheohar, and Saharsa 1 each.
