Naveen announces Rs.25 lakh ex gratia each  to two Odia jawans   killed in Gulwana valley clash

Bhubaneswar, Jun 17 (UNI) Chief minister Naveen Patnaik has announced an ex gratia
of Rs 25 lakh each from CMRF to the next of kin of the two Odia soldiers killed at
Gulwani valley in Ladakh .
Mr.Patnaik has expressed deep grief over the death of two odia soldiers at Gulwani
valley in ladakh.
He praised their bravery and courage who have made supreme sacrifice for the
motherland.
The Chief minister while announcing ex gratia of Rs 25 lakh each from CMRF to the
next of the kin of the two martyrs has conveyed his deep sympathies to the bereaved
families
The two Odia jawans have been identified as Chandrakant Pradhan from Biarpanga
village under Raikia block of Kandhamal district and Nanduram Soren from Rairangpur
in Mayurbhanj district
They were among the 20 Indian Army Jawans who were martyred in the violent clash
with Chinese troops in Galwan Valley along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern
Ladakh.
