Nanded youth injured in road accident dies in Pune hospital

Nanded, Feb 23 (UNI) A youth from Mukhed tehsil, who was injured in a road accident on February 20 at Chakan in Pune district, succumbed during treatment on Sunday.
The deceased, Shankar Balaji Dapke (22), resident of Edgyal in Mukhed tehsil, along with his friend Srikanth Banbare, had gone to Chakan in Pune to participate in a programme organised to mark the birth anniversary of Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji, sources said.
During their return journey, Shankar was seriously injured after being hit by an autorickshaw while walking on the road.
