Naidu seeks Indian pharma's entry into Vietnam

Hanoi, May 11 (UNI) Vice president M Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday sought the personal intervention of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in facilitating entry of Indian pharmaceutical products into Vietnam and offered Indian assistance in satellite construction, both for civilian and non-civilian uses, to the Southeast Asian nation.
He also assured the Vietnamese leadership that India remains committed to extend cooperation in training and capacity building of Vietnam's defence forces.
During a meeting at Prime Minister's Office in the Vietnam capital, Naidu discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral interest and underscored the importance of strengthening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between two countries.
