Naidu accepts breach of privilege motion against Congress chief for twisting name of Leader of the House Arun Jaitley

New Delhi, Jan 5 (UNI) Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on Friday said he would take suitable action on the privilege notice against Congress president Rahul Gandhi for a derogatory comment against Leader of the House Arun Jaitley.
Referring to a statement given by Mr Jaitley in the House last week, Mr Gandhi had tweeted: "Dear Mr Jaitlie - thank you for reminding India that our PM never means what he says or says what he means."
BJP lawmaker Bhupendra Yadav had subsequently submitted a notice for breach of privilege against the Congress party chief for "mocking" Mr Jaitley by "twisting" his name.
Mr Yadav had moved a motion under Rule 187 and also urged the Chair to take notice of the alleged breach of Mr Jaitley's privilege.
