Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Mar 28 2016 11:24PM Nagaland rebel outfit NSCN- R observes Black DayKohima, Mar 28 (UNI) The NSCN-Reformation today said all workers-both civil and military of the outfit observed today, the March 28, as ‘Black day’ to mark the “betrayal act of SS Khaplang.” According to an official statement, on March 28, 2015, SS Khaplang, who was counted as the father figure, “betrayed all his loyal workers by unilateral abrogation of ceasefire with the Government of India, without consulting his cabinet and NSCN party.” “All the ranks and files of NSCN-Reformation should not forget the living God, who restored lost kingdom.
