Nagaland Deputy CM reviews Police parade

Kohima, Nov 18(UNI) In the run up to the Nagaland Statehood Day celebrations on December 1, Deputy Chief Minister Y. Patton reviewed the parade and other regimental displays of the Nagaland police in the presence of DGP Nagaland John Longkumer and other officers at the Nagaland Armed Police Training Centre parade ground, at Dimapur yesterday.

Official sources reported that addressing the policemen Patton asserted that Nagaland police was second to none, saying it was evident from the laurels earned from both within and outside the state. He exhorted police personnel on the ethics and values of being in the uniform service and the responsibilities attached with it. He also advised them to abide by the core values of being in a disciplined organisation. Earlier, on his arrival, the Deputy Chief Minister received the general salute.
