Nagaland COVID-19 positive cases rise to 590

Kohima, Jul 5 (UNI) With 12 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Nagaland, the total number of positive cases in the State stands at 590 today.

According to Nagaland Principal Secretary for Home Abhijit Sinha in his daily briefing on the COVID-19 situation of the state informed that out of the 590 COVID-19 positive cases, the total active cases are 359 and 231 have recovered. All the positive persons are receiving medical care at the designated COVID-19 Hospitals. As per the severity of symptoms, 358 active cases are asymptomatic and 1 active case is in mild category.
