Nadda calls for CBI probe into Neha's murder, questions state police's ability

Hubballi, April 21 (UNI) BJP National President JP Nadda on Sunday expressed reservations about the state police's capability to conduct a fair investigation into the alleged murder of Neha Hiremath.
Nadda, who visited Neha's residence here on Sunday, appealed to the Karnataka government to transfer the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) if the state police are unable to handle the probe effectively.
"If the state police are unable to handle the investigation, I would request the state government to hand over the case to the CBI," Nadda told reporters.
