Muslim sub-caste or Communities out of OBC Lists HP HC seek reply within 4 weeks

Shimla, Jun 23 (UNI) In the wake of names of minority subcaste or Muslim community missing the from state OBC lists, Himachal Pradesh High court today issued a notice to state seeking reply on the issue pertaining to implementation of recommendations made by the Center as well as State Commission for Backward classes,
including Muslims beneficiaries.
Seeking reply within four week of this order, Division Bench comprising the Chief Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir and Justice Sandeep Sharma passed these orders on a writ petition filed by All Himachal Muslim Welfare Society.
