Mukherjee's vital parameters stable , continues on ventilator support

New Delhi, Aug 14 (UNI) Former President Pranab Mukherjee's vital parameters are presently stable, but his condition remains to be unchanged as he continues to remain on ventilator support.
According to sources, Mr Mukherjee is under intensive care and his health is being monitored by team of doctors.
He is deeply comatose with stable vital parameters and he continues to be on ventilatory support, the sources added.
On Thursday, Mukherjee's son Abhijeet Mukherjee had cleared the speculations about former President's health condition and said that his father is haemodynaically stable ,and had slammed sections of media for spreading fake news regarding his father's demise.
Mr Pranab Mukherjee was admitted to the Army hospital on Monday for emergency life saving brain surgery.
He underwent brain surgery on Monday after a clot was discovered, while the former President was also tested COVID positive.
