MP Veerendra Kumar to contest Rajya Sabha from Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 10 (UNI) Kerala unit President of Janata Dal (United- Sharad
Yadav faction) Mr MP Veerendra Kumar will be the LDF Independent candidate for the vacant Rajya Sabha seat from the State.
Mr MP Veerendra Kumar will file the nomination papers on Monday. The elections will be held in Kerala Assembly on March 23. The party's Parliamentary Board meeting held on Saturday unanimously decided to field MP Veerendrakumar as the candidate for contesting the election, party sources said.
