MP govt’s bonanza for employees, educators

Bhopal, Dec 11 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government on Wednesday decided to enhance the maximum service age limit of Class III daily wage earners/permanent personnel from 60 to 62 years and superannuation age of teachers in grant-in-aid posts at non-governmental colleges from 62 to 65 years, it was officially learnt.
The related Cabinet meeting – with Chief Minister Kamal Nath in the chair – also decided that the lowest age will be 21 years and highest 33 in the context of posts to be filled by direct recruitment through open competition. The minimum age for uniformed gazetted/non-gazetted/executive posts to be filled by the Public Service Commission for female applicants (unreserved category) and reserved category male/female applicants and employees of government/corporations/boards/autonomous organisations and Nagar sainiks shall be 21 and maximum 38 with relaxation of five years.
The Chief Minister’s Horticulture and Food Processing Scheme is to witness implementation. The horticulture cluster in industrial areas will be established in the first component and on revenue land in the next. Development of land chosen by the department shall be accomplished through the Industry Department or any other qualified government institution. A committee will be constituted under the Chief Secretary’s chairmanship to decide on other essential operational points.
